Adding animations to hover states with buttons in Articulate Storyline 360
In one of my UC Denver ILT courses, we have been sharing examples of interactivity that we can be inspired by and potentially implement into our own eLearning online module we're building.
Here is the current state of my interface/template that I'll be using for the final project:
I have been using Articulate Storyline 360 for my build, and was skimming YouTube looking for interactive examples to use. In this case, it was a simple example - adding animations to objects' hover states for a better UX and navigation experience.
This video from eLearning unocovered inspired me to look back at how I was developing my navigation. I wound up making the navigation menu much bigger, and used animations with the compass image in various places. The result is more visual cues to the learner about where their mouse is hovered when they are looking to click on areas to navigate in my course.
How do you use hover states with animations in your projects?
